Grands Designs Woodworks

Our Story

Mark and Yaya (Rhonda) Palmer are the creative team of Grands Designs. They use traditional woodworking methods to hand craft premium butcher blocks, serving and charcuterie boards, whimsical magnets and ornaments, and custom pieces. They create from their studio outside of Athens, Georgia, on a 1930's era farm. In keeping with their vision of beautiful and sustainable, they work with wood sourced from the Southern Piedmont and Appalachian regions of North America.
